"Thanks for being my best man, Clark." Bruce said. It was almost time to begin the wedding. Clark double-checked for the ring. The ring was Martha Wayne's and Bruce knew she would want him to give it to his wife. Bruce was now anticipating the beginning of the ceremony, mainly because he hadn't seen Diana in a few days. Diana wanted to ensure traditions were followed.
"I'm not going to see you for a few days, Bruce" she said a few days ago. "Apparently it's bad luck for the groom to see the bride." "You're being superstitious," Bruce replied, "and isn't it only the day of the wedding that we aren't suppose to see each other?" Diana laughed. "I know it's the day of but with our reputations and with the track record we have of bad luck constantly happening, I want to make sure no bad luck finds us." They kissed and Diana flew off into the night sky, leaving Bruce staring at her, smiling from her logic. Bruce thought he could manage a few days but it has been a rough couple of days for him.
The wedding was going to be grand. With Bruce Wayne being married, he had to have a large ceremony to please the press and his company. Many people were going to attend from billionaires to a few diplomats. A very few people from the public were allowed to attend but the majority of attendees were famous celebrities, musicians, and artists.
As Clark and Bruce left the chambers to walk to the front of the church, awaiting the ceremony to begin, Bruce smiled at everyone who was attending. Alfred, of course was sitting in the front. Alfred had talked with Bruce the night before, praising him for his choice in wife and cried while telling Bruce how happy he was that Bruce had finally found happiness, something he had always wanted for the orphan boy, even though Bruce was in his heart his own son.
The ushers, Jon Stewart a.k.a. the Green Lantern and Berry Allen a.k.a. the Flash, were seating people. Commissioner Jim Gordon was being seated with his wife Barbara. Lucious Fox was seated as well were a few close board members of Wayne Enterprises. Lex Luthor was there too, mainly to keep publicity up and to ensure a certain deal that needed to happen for Bruce.
A big surprise was Diana's mother. She had disguised herself and after many talks with Bruce, had actually come to trust a man. Bruce had managed yet another impossible task of getting the queen of the Amazons to trust him and to be happy for him and Diana. She realized she would never miss the marriage of her princess daughter.
Jonn' Jones a.k.a. the Martian Manhunter was also in church. He had disguised himself as the pianist for the wedding. The League had a laugh about this when they found out but Jonn proved to be quite the musician. After all, he is a highly evolved Martian.
The minister came out, who was a close friend of the Wayne family and taught Bruce some valuable lessons, signaled for Jonn to begin playing the music. The wedding party began walking down the aisle and it was beautiful.
The first pair coming down the aisle was Dick Grayson walking with Barbara Gordon a.k.a. Batgirl. The second pair that came down was Tim Drake a.k.a. Robin who escorted Kara Kent a.k.a. Supergirl. The third couple to walk was Connor Kent a.k.a. Superboy with Donna Troy a.k.a. Wondergirl.
The music began playing for the maid of honor to walk but something was wrong. She was late. Bruce gave a nervous laugh and heard Clark whisper, "She's probably giving Diana a pep talk." Bruce smiled at him and nodded. That had to be it. Diana just needed a few words of encouragement. A few more minutes passed by and still no maid of honor who was Shiera a.k.a. Hawkgirl.
Bruce was now beginning to worry. Maybe Diana did not want to marry him anymore. Maybe she changed her mind and thought Bruce wasn't the man for her. Bruce was starting to feel a great pain in his heart thinking about this. Suddenly, Shiera showed up at the back of the church. Bruce let out a sigh of relief except something was off. Shiera wasn't walking down the aisle; she was sprinting.

Well forgot to mention, in the cartoon Justice League (WB animation in Cartoon network), Flash is Wally West, not Barry Allen. And I kind of like Wally as Flash! Anyways, it's your choice really!

Waiting for the next chap...
